If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

A full refund is available for items that arrive damaged or defective, and the customer does not pay for any shipping fees.

 

Customers must submit photo or video evidence within 30 days of delivery to validate the claim of the damaged/defective product.

 

In most cases, returning the damaged product is not required, but we reserve the right to request a return if necessary.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

 

Photo or video evidence is required for validation before a refund is issued.

4. Order Delays

If an order does not have tracking information or is delayed beyond 60 days (45 days for U.S. orders and 110 days for Brazil), a refund or reshipment will be provided.

 

Certain exceptions apply depending on the shipping method and destination.

 

Customers must contact us with photo evidence promptly regarding delayed orders to qualify for a refund.

5. Order Cancellations & Return Fees

A full refund is available for orders canceled before they are processed and shipped.

 

Orders for Print-on-Demand or Preorder Inventory cannot be canceled after payment is processed.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery. However, a return shipping fee will apply.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

 

 

1. Proof of Daily Usage (Video & Pictures Required)

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must provide clear proof of daily usage of the product for the duration of the 90 days.

This includes submitting a video showing how you used the product each day, as well as pictures demonstrating its usage and condition.

We request that the video be no shorter than 30 seconds to ensure it accurately reflects the product's daily use.

 

2. Damaged Packaging/Products Will Not Qualify

Our guarantee is void if the product or its packaging is damaged in any way due to improper handling, neglect, or abuse. Please ensure the product is kept in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

 

3. Shipping Fee

Please note that there's a shipping fee for returns, and this fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying this fee to initiate the return process.

 

4. Eligibility and Processing Time

Refund eligibility is determined upon review of the submitted proof of usage, product condition, and any other relevant criteria.

Once we have verified all requirements, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Refunds Will Not Be Issued After 90 Days

Requests made after 90 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

 

The 90-day period starts on the day you receive your product, and we strongly encourage you to contact us within this timeframe to ensure your refund is processed.
